Since 1946, four generations of the Berry family have been involved in the daily operations of Wesley Berry Flowers. Today we continue that commitment to customer service. A small family owned flower shop that began 65 years ago is now one of the largest florists in the nation. Wesley Berry Flowers is a multi-million dollar operation and continues to grows stronger every day. The same family ownership and family values have continued to guide this business for all those years. From the very beginning, the satisfaction of our customers has always been our top concern.

As one of the leading florists in the North America, Wesley Berry Flowers services over one-million customers. We deliver from our own brick and mortar flower shops with our own delivery fleet, and through FedEx and UPS from coast to coast. Deliveries are also made via a computerized sending network of more than 75,000 affiliated sister shops. This network of shops includes the florists of FTD, Teleflora and other business networks. We provide delivery throughout most of the United States, Canada and to over eighty countries around the world.

Since 1963, we have been honored members of FTD. For over five years FTD has ranked us being in the top 100 florists in America.

The Wholesale Florist & Floral Supply Association recently recognized Wesley Berry Flowers as "Retail Florist of the Year" for our Community Relations outreach.

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People Oakland Chapter presented Wesley Berry with their "Business Person of the Year Award" at its annual dinner.

Wesley Berry Flowers has several Certified Florists on staff. These individuals have taken an examination conducted by the State Floral Association which determine them as well qualified and proficient florists.

As a business that is concerned about the sustainability of our resources, we have become Green Certified. We are also a member of the Michigan Adopt a Highway Program.

We are grateful to have been recognized by the readers of Hour Magazine as being the Best Florist. We know how important it is for us to win the trust of our customers, everyday.

We deliver around the corner and around the globe.

Deliveries are made daily from coast to coast, and around the globe. We make deliveries from our brick and mortar shops with our own uniformed delivery fleet, and through FedEx and UPS. Deliveries are also made
via network of more than 75,000 professional affiliate florists around the world via a computerized sending system. This network includes affiliate florists of FTD, Teleflora, and other networks and business relations. We have access to these local sister shops from coast to coast and around the world.

Since 1946, we have provided delivery throughout the United States and since 1963 throughout most of the world.

Our commitment, to you is to provide you with the same convenient and professional service that customers, who come into our brick and mortar stores expect. Whether you are sending flowers down the street or around the globe, we can probably deliver for you.

Our staff is always ready to assist you in our state of the art call center which is operated 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our retail shops are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays. Our offices are closed weekends and most Holidays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least one or two days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

All Wesley Berry Flowers locations are closed on Christmas Day.

Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery in U.S., Canada and Internationally

In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received by 5:00 pm (EST) weekdays, and by 2:00 pm (EST) Saturdays, in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods.) Otherwise, next-day delivery is the norm. Our standard service charge ($18.99 per delivery in U.S. and Canada / $24.99 international) apply to all orders. Fed Ex packages may have various charges.

Deliveries Sometimes Need to be Rescheduled

IMPORTANT In cases when weather, local conditions, extreme traffic issues, inaccessibility to the location, necessity to special order, orders that for whatever reason cannot be delivered on the date requested, we will attempt to notify the sender. However, unless we are specifically instructed otherwise, we reserve the right to reschedule them for the next available delivery date. In all cases when this becomes necessary, we will provide a FREE UPGRADE to the purchase. Also a note of apology for the delay will be included with the item.

Peak Floral Delivery Periods

At peak floral delivery periods, such as Christmas, Valentine's, and Mother's Day weeks, please order at least one to two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Sundays and Legal Holidays

Delivery service is often NOT available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may be delivered the day before or day after the date requested, if necessary.

Requests for A.M. or P.M. Delivery

On orders received at least 24 hours in advance (excluding peak floral delivery periods), we will attempt to honor requests whenever possible for AM delivery, PM delivery, or delivery by a specific time (e.g., by 4:00 p.m.) For same-day orders placed by 12:00 noon (recipient's time zone), you may also request delivery by 5:00 pm.

International Orders

We deliver roses, wrapped bouquets, and living plant gifts throughout most of the world via an international network of affiliated professional florists. For deliveries outside the U.S. and Canada, simply select from our menu. (Allow one to two days for delivery, excluding Sundays, legal holidays, and peak floral periods.)

A Few Remote Areas Have Flexible Deliver-ability

Some of the areas that we deliver to may have fluctuations in deliver-ability. This can be caused by a variety of issues that include, but are not limited to, road construction that changes or prevents delivery, seasonal access such as ferry boat service, changes in the availability of FedEx routes and florist delivered routes. When we become aware of these issues, we seek alternate means of delivery, that may involve the necessity of delaying, the delivery or making changes in the products. In all of these cases we always provide a free upgrade and a note of apology. Unfortunately, we are not always aware of these extenuating circumstances in as prompt a manner as we would prefer. We do not always know that a delivery can not be made until after several attempts have been made.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately by electronic mail or phone, and we will gladly provide a replacement. Any service charges, handling charges, delivery charges or shipping costs are not refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on any merchandise that is not returned or after its intended use or consumption. Duplicated orders, orders accidentally placed and/or orders cancelled before their scheduled delivery date may be refunded for the product price with a 30% cancelation fee applied.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
